Fly into Zurich or arrive by train. Lucerne is about an hour away; the Golden Pass (Luzern–Interlaken Express) takes about 2 hours to Interlaken, then 20 minutes to Lauterbrunnen. Zermatt is about 2.5 hours via Spiez and Visp. Back to Zurich takes about 3.5 hours.
