Terms and conditions

1. Who we are

Your Way Away is operated by a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 07325991, email yourwayaway@post.cz (the “operator”). These terms govern orders for personal travel guides and gift vouchers placed on yourwayaway.com (and the Czech version at yourwayaway.cz).

2. What we deliver

A personal travel guide in the form of a website with its own link, prepared from the form the customer fills in. The scope depends on the chosen package (Essentials, Tailored, Comparison) as described on the website at the time of ordering. The guide is an information service. It is not a package holiday or the arrangement of transport, accommodation or other travel services, and the operator makes no bookings.

3. Order and price

The contract is formed when the order is sent and the price paid. Prices on the English website are shown in euros (EUR) and are final. The operator is not VAT-registered. Payment is by card (via Stripe), bank transfer or QR payment with the reference shown after the order is sent.

4. Delivery

We deliver the guide within 24 hours of payment reaching our account, unless agreed otherwise with the customer. We send the link to the email given in the order. If we need to clarify the brief, the deadline runs from when the information is provided.

5. Changes

The Tailored package includes one round of changes and Comparison two, within 30 days of delivery. A change means an amendment or addition within the original brief, not a guide to a different destination.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days. Because we prepare the guide to the customer’s specification and deliver it within 24 hours, the customer expressly agrees when ordering that we start work right after payment and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal ends once the guide has been fully delivered. If the customer withdraws before delivery, we refund the full amount paid.

7. Gift vouchers

A voucher is valid for 12 months from payment for the package stated on it. It is redeemed by entering the code in the order form. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. An unused voucher can be refunded on request within 14 days of payment.

8. Liability and accuracy

We draw information from current official and verified sources and show a verification date for facts. Timetables, prices, opening hours and the security situation do change, however. Before booking and travelling, check them with transport operators, providers and official government travel advice. The operator is not liable for changes after the verification date or for decisions the customer makes based on the guide.

9. Complaints

If the guide does not match the ordered scope or contains an obvious error, write to us at yourwayaway@post.cz. We will fix it without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.

10. Availability

The guide website will remain available for at least 12 months from delivery.

11. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution. These terms apply from 6 November 2026.
