Montenegro
8 days: the Bay of Kotor, Durmitor and Lake Skadar
Montenegro: 8 days
A small country with huge contrasts: Kotor's walls above the fjord-like bay, the islets of Perast, the hairpins up Lovćen, Ostrog monastery in the cliff, the Durmitor mountains with the Black Lake and the water lilies of Lake Skadar. Three bases and a rental car. Book everything yourself and keep this guide on your phone: it works offline.
