Before you order

Do you book flights and accommodation?

No, and that is the point. Your guide tells you where to stay (real places, linked to your dates) and how to fly (flight searches with your itinerary dates). You book directly with hotels and airlines, so you pay nobody for being in the middle, you choose the cancellation terms and you deal with any changes directly.

How long does it take?

You get your guide within 24 hours of receiving payment, for every package. Changes based on your feedback are usually done the same day.

How long will the website stay online?

At least a year from delivery, so throughout your trip and afterwards, whenever you want to look back.

Does the guide work without internet?

With Tailored and Comparison, yes: after opening it once you save it to your phone, and the texts, photos and plan work without signal (maps show only the areas you viewed before). Every guide can also be saved as a printable PDF.

Can I share the guide with my family?

Yes, it is a website with its own link. Send it to anyone; it opens on phone and computer. The shared “Want to see” list is saved for everyone.

How reliable is the information?

We work from current official and verified sources, and every fact shows whether it is verified (and when), estimated, or worth checking yourself. Before delivery, each guide goes through an independent fact-check: prices, entry rules, connections and seasonal closures are checked again against sources. Timetables and prices do change, which is why we recommend a pre-departure update.

What if I am not happy with something?

Tailored includes one round of changes, Comparison two. Tell us what to change and we will update it.

How do I pay?

After you send your order, you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through secure Stripe checkout, or by SEPA bank transfer in euros with a QR code and payment reference. As soon as payment arrives we start, and you have your guide within 24 hours.

How does the gift voucher work?

Choose a package, say who it is for and pay. You immediately get a voucher to print or forward. Any time within 12 months, the recipient fills in the form, enters the voucher code and has their guide within 24 hours.

Is there a discount if someone refers me?

Yes. Every customer gets a referral code after ordering. Whoever enters it gets €5 off, and the person who shared it gets €5 back.

Do you make guides for any country?

For most countries, yes. We do not prepare guides for places where official travel advice is against all travel.
