There's no direct flight from Prague. The quickest is a flight to Frankfurt, then the ICE or TGV in about 2 hours, or a flight to Basel-Mulhouse and the train in about 1.5 hours. By car from Prague it's about 7 hours. Stay on the island or near the station; both are walkable in Advent.
